You can download and print the required documents from here. They include the registration form, privacy policy, responsible diver code, and medical questionnaire. Don’t worry if you don’t have a printer—we can complete everything on the day of your dive. However, if you bring the printed and signed forms, it will save time on the day of your dive.
All participants must complete a medical questionnaire before diving. Please provide complete answers with either 'Yes' or 'No'. If you answer 'Yes' to any question, medical clearance from a doctor will be required in order to participate in the dive.
Tenerife has excellent diving conditions year-round, making it a premier diving destination. The warmer water temperatures are from June to October, with temperatures ranging from 22°C to 24°C. While winter temperatures can drop to around 19°C, diving remains enjoyable during this season.
You'll receive an introduction to scuba diving basics before exploring stunning underwater landscapes. The dive will be supervised at all times by your personal instructor, as all our first dive programs are always one-on-one. Expect to encounter diverse marine life in a calm environment.
No prior experience is needed for our introductory dive programs or entry-level scuba courses. Our qualified instructors will provide essential training and safety briefings to ensure you feel comfortable and confident underwater.
We recommend bringing a swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, and any personal items you may need after your dive. While we provide all necessary equipment, feel free to bring your own diving gear if you have one.

Depending on the dive site and time of year, we may encounter Green Turtle, Angel Shark, Bull Ray, Eagle Ray, Butterfly Ray, Common Stingray, Tuna, Octopus, Cuttlefish, Barracuda, Grouper, Moray Eel, various crustacean species, nudibranchs, trumpetfish, and common reef fish. There are no aggressive species around Tenerife, and no fish will attack you if you are respectful. Scorpionfish have venomous spines on their dorsal fins, but they are very shy and will avoid you. Some mollusks can be venomous, so they should be handled carefully or not at all. We kindly ask that you refrain from touching marine life and to respect their environment.

No deposit is required to book a dive. For diving courses, we can provide learning materials in advance; however, payment for course materials is required upfront, as they are assigned to a student and non-refundable in case of cancellation.
If you need a pickup, a small deposit may be required. Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the dive will receive a full refund. For last-minute cancellations, the transport payment is non-refundable. The transport price depends on your location on the island.

A child can be registered for the Bubble Maker program from 8 years old, with a maximum depth of 2m. However, for diving courses and introductory dives, the minimum age is 10 years old.
For the introduction to diving, you don't need to know how to swim, but it's recommended that you feel comfortable in the water. For the Open Water Course, you need to be able to swim a short distance, any style, with no time limit.
Yes, absolutely! Some divers wear contact lenses while diving. We recommend using single-use contact lenses for added safety. There are also masks available with prescription lenses.
Without certification, you can only dive under the direct supervision of a diving professional. We offer beginner courses and introductory dives designed to introduce you to scuba diving.
We recommend waiting 24 hours after multiple days of diving before flying to ensure your safety. If you've only done a single Fun Dive, First Dive, or Discover Scuba Diving experience, a 12-hour wait is sufficient before flying.
